House Rules

We want your stay at Lake Magdalenen to be a relaxing and unforgettable time. To ensure that all our guests feel comfortable, we kindly ask you to observe our house rules:

Consideration & Quiet

Hours Please be considerate of other guests and our neighbors. Quiet hours apply from 10:00 p.m. in the entire house, garden, and beach area so that everyone can enjoy a restful night.

Non-Smoking Apartments

All our holiday apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the terraces, in the garden, and at the beach – please use ashtrays and do not dispose of cigarette butts in nature.

Pets

Pets are only allowed upon prior arrangement. Please understand that not all apartments are suitable for pets.

Garden & Beach

Our large garden and the well-maintained beach area are available to all guests. Please leave the lawns, seating areas, and playgrounds as you found them.

Private Lake Access & Swimming

The private lake access can be used by our guests around the clock. - Swimming is at your own risk - please pay special attention to the safety of your children. 

Nude bathing is permitted before 10:00 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m.

Kitchen & Furnishings

Our apartments are lovingly furnished. Please treat the facilities and kitchen appliances with care. Should something be damaged, please inform us immediately – we will find a good solution together.

Waste Separation

In Carinthia, we attach great importance to environmental protection and sustainability. Please separate your waste (paper, plastic, residual waste, glass, organic waste) and dispose of it in the designated containers.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.

Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.

Individual arrangements are possible upon request.

Parties & Celebrations

Parties and celebrations are only permitted with prior approval. Please understand that we want to preserve the peace and relaxation of all our guests.

Sauna, Pedal Boat, SUP & Playground (Liability)

• The use of our private sauna, pedal boat, SUP boards, and playground is at your own risk. 
• Parents are responsible for their children and must supervise them while playing or being in and around the water. 
• We assume no liability for damage or injuries resulting from improper use.

General

Please treat our apartments as if they were your own home. This way, future guests can also enjoy a pleasant stay.
